Ames Canning Factory showing all employees out in front. Small building to the left was the office. Factory canned sweet corn and was located several blocks to the east of South Duff Avenue. Factory opened in 1918 (see article in Ames Evening Times, 8/26/1918). Conveyor belts can be seen behind the small buildings.
