In 1915-16, the streetcar line was removed from central campus at ISC, and the "loop" around the campus developed. Here, car 288 is shown as it heads north along east side of Sheldon Avenue, stopped at a passenger shelter near the west gate of campus. The west end of the State Gym is in the background.
