Lincoln Way ajacent to the Iowa State College campus, approaching the Lynn Avenue intersection, looking west from the Ash Avenue intersection. The house on the left is on the site later occupied by Memorial Lutheran Church and the area to the left of the house became the site of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
