The Agricultural Hall at the then State Agricultural College was under construction when this drawing ran in the Ames Times on January 5, 1893. Josselyn and Taylor Co. of Cedar Rapids served as the architectural firm for the hall, which the Times reported was to cost $35,000. The building was renovated in 1995 and renamed the Carrie Chapman Catt Hall.
