The Craig cabin which was for many years used by the Boy Scouts of Ames. The cabin stood on the Niles farm about a mile northeast (on present-day Stagecoach Road) of Ames in the village of Bloomington. Bloomington was abandoned by the 1920s. Preston Niles moved this cabin to Harrison County where it was restored and is maintained by the Harrison County Conservation Board.
