Frank Allen's Grand View Dairy Wagon headed north along Duff Avenue in the Fourteen Hundred block. Allen's home and dairy farm were on the east side of Duff around where O'Neil Drive is today (1994). George Allen Avenue is named for Frank and Belle Allen's son, a casualty of World War II. (See also: 151.831.1-2)
