Fifth Street (south) side of old Ames High School (built in 1912), looking north, during August 22, 1981, demolition of the building. The school had most recently been used as the "East Building" of Central Junior High School. Area is now [1991] a parking lot for the Ames City Hall across the street at 515 Clark Avenue.

Shows Clark Avenue entrance and south end of building (being brought down). Most recently, building was used as "East Building" of Central Junior High.
