Sosa is an ambulance-chasing lawyer who lost his license. He signs up injured clients for a predatory firm that will pay them only a small portion of the insurance settlements. Luján is an overworked young doctor who takes ambulance shifts for extra money. Her lack of sleep and chemical intake put her at risk for performing emergency surgery.
