The Methodists sold their chapel on the northeast corner of Kellogg and Main to the Christian Church in 1887 and on February 5, 1888 dedicated this new church on the corner of Sixth and Kellogg. In 1907 this building was replaced by the present (1991) church at the same location. (See also: 126.695.1-4)
