A grave marker for Morgan Keltner (October 1, 1811-May 5, 1897) in a country cemetery located a mile from the school in Napier, Iowa, which is southwest of Ames. The Kelner family was a multi-generational one in early Ames. The great-granddaugher of Morgan Keltner, Frances Keltner, graduated from Ames High School with Farwell Brown in 1929.
