H.L. Munn house on northeast corner of Duff and eighth Street (726 Duff) as it appeared in the mid 1890s. Built by Duntz and Thompson, prominent builders in Ames at that time. Munn established the Munn Lumber Co. in 1891. This house was later extensively remodelled and remains in good repair today. In 1992 is the home of Walter and Rebecca Hyde.
