Gladys Knight, on pony, leads the procession of children in 1913 Memorial Day march to the Ames Cemetery. Service at First Methodist Church was followed by parade formed on Kellogg, headed south to Main Street. Line of march took them to Duff and Main, then north and then east to cemetery. Post Office shown here was built in 1912.
