A very simple float from Iowa State College's first VEISHEA parade in the spring of 1922. The float was sponsored by the electrical engineering department and probably demonstated some of the work that the students in that department were doing. The truck used for this parade entry was one of those assigned to Iowa State College by the army after the end of World War I. Note the metal wheels on the truck and the lack of tires.
