The Travelodge around the time of its opening in 1965. The motel was owned and operated by Patricia and Charles E. Kenney at 229 South Duff in Ames. Later, under new management, was known as the Travel Inn; and today [2007], on the same site and owned by Monte and Tana Parrish, is the University Inn. This photo is from a postcard.
