Basement entrance on the north side of the Ames City Hall (originally, the Municipal Building and since 1997, the Jacobson Building--Youth and Shelter Services) in the days when the police department was in the basement of the building. Probably taken shortly after an unknown terrorist planted a bomb in this building in 1970.
