Purpose of Meeting

We would like to hold our written assessment for this recruitment in this room. We anticipate up to 17 attendees, each would need a table and laptop, spaced out appropriately. I believe the library only has 12 computers so we may need to supplement from the City's IT laptops. Also a table for 2 proctors.
