Purpose of Meeting
Public meeting will be held from 5-6:30pm in an open house format to share information about our upcoming projects on I-35 and at the US 30/I-35 interchange. I'm not sure how many people will attend but I would guess it would be around 50 people. It will be very similar to some of the Ames MPO meetings that have been held in the room recently. If there were about 8-10 rectangular tables and maybe 3 chairs that would be great. We do bring some cookies and a cooler of bottled water and pop. We may bring a laptop to connect to a screen to play some videos on a loop. We do that at some meetings but I doubt we will do that- I do want to make sure that is available in case we change our minds.
