Purpose of Meeting
The Rob Sand organizing department seeks to reserve a meeting room in the Ames Public Library for a "strategy session." This will be an informational meeting open to the public that provides an overview of the department's election year strategy. This will discuss plans for direct voter contact, persuasion, and opportunities for individuals to become involved as volunteers. It will provide individuals insight into the organizing department and allow people to connect with staff members. Team members will be available to answer questions on the state of the race and other topics of interest.
If approved, the event itself would be scheduled from 5:30-7:00pm with time for the team to set up and tear down on either side.
