Amnesty International Write 4 Rights!

Amnesty's annual Write for Rights event. Each year in December, all the local Amnesty International chapters in the world focus letter writing on a handful of cases, generating hundreds of thousands of letters to gain the release of these few prisoners of conscience and individuals at risk of human rights abuse. The work is appropriate for high school age and up but younger children are welcome in the meeting room. All letter writing supplies and printer are provided. A laptop is helpful but not required.
