Purpose of Meeting

Screening of "In the Executioner's Shadow", a film that illustrates the repercussions of the death penalty. A discussion will follow, led by a panel consisting of representatives from Amnesty International, Iowans Against the Death Penalty, and the Iowa legislature. A capital punishment bill has again been proposed for the 2nd year in a row in the Iowa Legislature.
