Purpose of Meeting

I will be doing my Dissertation Defense over zoom, and inviting some local friends to attend as well.
The defense itself is from 12-noon to 1 or 1:30pm.
There will be a light celebration following this (meaning, like, cake and conversation, or something; nothing noteworthy).
