Interactive Books
0-6 Months:
- That’s Not My Truck by Fiona Watt
This interactive book about trucks would be wonderful for ages 0-6 months, because they can touch and feel all of the different textures and trucks. It is a simple storyline, without very few words and repetitive phrases, so it would be easy for young children to focus on and “follow along” with.
- I Love You by Dawn Sirett
6-12 Months:

- Touch and Feel Playbook by Eric Carle
In this touch and feel book by Eric Carle, children can explore different animal sounds, numbers, shapes, and colors. Each page has a category of items that children can learn and feel. This would be a great book to help children learn shapes, colors, and animal sounds, as well as give them a fun interaction with books.

- Thomas Looks Up by Rev. W. Awdry and Billy Wrecks
In this Thomas the Train book, Thomas looks up on each page and describes what he sees. There are pop up tabs that a child can push up to add more illustration and words to the story. This would be a very fun book for children who love Thomas the Train or Trains in general.
12-24 Months:

- Woof's Playtime by Caroline Jayne Church
In this adorable touch and feel book, woof the dog goes on many adventures. From swimming to building a sand castle to swinging, there is something for children to touch on every page.
