Ames Pridefest presents "Pride So White:" A Space for QTPOC

Queer and trans people of color, this is your chance to tell the mostly white Ames Pride Board of Directors what it could be doing (and what it’s NOT doing) to support local queer community members--and not just the white ones. Hear from Max Moore in the Rotary Room about the importance of the intersection between race, gender, and sexuality, then head to the Danfoss Room to participate in a gallery walk intended for QTPOC. (No tone policing!)
