Come to the Library for a presentation by Austin Frerick, author of Barons: Money, Power, and the Corruption of America’s Food Industry.

In Barons, agricultural and antitrust expert Frerick tells the stories of seven corporate titans, their rise to power, and the ramifications for everyone else. Frerick paints a stark portrait of the consequences of corporate consolidation, but also shows that we can choose a different path.

Attend this free event in person or watch it live at www.facebook.com/AmesLeagueOfWomenVoters

Frerick will be available to sign books after the presentation.

Books can be purchased online from Dog-Eared Books ahead of time and picked up at the event: https://dogearedbooksames.com/austin-frerick-hosted-by-the-league-of-women-voters/
