Film: On Fire (57min)

Gather with community members to not only learn from experts why the climate is in crisis, but also to discuss actions we can take in our own lives.

In this 57 minute Youtube video of a Politics and Prose event in Washington, DC, bestselling author Naomi Klein is in conversation with Betsy Reed, Editor-in-Chief of The Intercept, as well as actress and activist Jane Fonda. Klein discusses her book, On Fire: the (burning) Case for a Green New Deal.

Provided in partnership with Ames Public Library, the Ames Climate Action Team, and The Green Umbrella at Iowa State University. Supported by the Ames Public Library Friends Foundation.
