This workshop will give an introduction to the types of humor writing, as well as an introductory lesson on several forms of short-form humor to get your creative juices flowing. This session will be taught in person and online by the Assistant Director of the Writing and Media Center at Iowa State University, Rachel Mans McKenny, whose humor has been published in McSweeney's and several other outlets.
