Topic — Celebrating 100 Years: Roosevelt School to Roosevelt Condos 

Speaker — Sharon Wirth, Roosevelt advocate/resident and Luke Jensen, RES Development

Since opening in 1924, Roosevelt School has undergone numerous changes in its 100 years. This program covers its history and architecture, the impact and influence it has had on the Ames community and its latest chapter: the transformation into residential condominiums.

In addition to narratives and pictures, the video, "From Classrooms to Condos" produced by Teresa Larson for the Museum will be shown. Audience members who attended Roosevelt School will be encouraged to share memories.
