Program Details


Teens are invited to helpful sessions to help you prepare for your life ahead. Gain valuable skills and knowledge while having fun with your friends and our talented team of presenters from ISU!

All sessions are free and open to middle and high school students.

Summer schedule:

  • June 11 - Healthy Relationships
    Do you know the 10 healthy signs of a health relationship? Let's talk about it!

  • June 18 - Resiliency
    What will help you cope and keep your life in balance when challenges come your way? Build your toolkit of coping strategies.

  • July 9 - Cost of Raising a Child
    Young parents share how life changed after having a baby. Then watch out for the unexpected as you work through a simulation with only $1,000 to make it to the end of the month!

  • July 23 - Mental Health
    Mental health IS health. Break the stigma, learn how to support a friend and take care of yourself.

  • July 30 - Digital Citizenship
    Learn how to build a positive personal digital brand and champion digital empathy.

  • August 6 - Career Readiness 
    Figure out what excites you and what you're skilled at, and connect it with amazing job options.
