Fresh Conversations is a free nutrition education program designed to support healthy aging and independence, especially for Iowans aged 60 and older.

Join us and discuss current nutrition and health topics, taste low-cost healthy recipes, and discover new ways to stay active and independent.

On July 3, we'll talk about prediabetes.
