Join this inclusive and welcoming community of families that are growing. Whether you are pregnant, adopting, just delivered or have young children at home, join us as we support each other and grow together. Facilitated by Certified Nurse Midwife, Megan Sloat—the monthly meet-ups will connect families to each other and to resources and answers about birth and parenthood.

This month, we'll focus on "Becoming a Big Sibling" and getting children involved in the new-baby experience. Big siblings will learn what to expect when baby arrives, how to be a big helper for caregivers, and feel empowered to be baby’s first teacher.

Presented in partnership with Ames Public Library and Aurelia Childbirth.

Ames Public Library connects you to the world of ideas through diverse and inclusive resources and programs. We welcome proposals via our website for programs at www.amespubliclibrary.org/programproposal and exhibits at https://www.amespubliclibrary.org/exhibit-proposal.
